Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required to confirm and process an order unless otherwise agreed by Shimmer Clothing.

Prices displayed on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces

Certain Shimmer Clothing pieces may be made-to-order or customized according to the measurements, size, color, fabric, length, or design specifications selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details.

Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, customized, altered, and made-to-measure orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by Shimmer Clothing.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Eligibility for returns or exchanges of ready-to-wear pieces is subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original Shimmer Clothing tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not be accepted.

Sizing & Measurements

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements where applicable.

Our size guide is provided as a reference. Fit may vary slightly depending on the cut, fabric, construction, and design of each piece.

Shimmer Clothing is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or size selections provided by the customer.

Colors, Fabrics & Handwork

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

For pieces featuring prints, embroidery, embellishments, crystals, beads, tassels, or other handcrafted details, slight variations may naturally occur. These characteristics are part of the individuality of the piece and are not necessarily considered defects.

Print placement may also vary from one piece to another depending on the fabric.

Alterations

Any alteration requests must be discussed and approved by Shimmer Clothing.

Alterations requested after an order has been completed or delivered may be subject to additional charges.

Once a piece has been altered according to the customer’s request, it is considered customized and is final sale.

Cancellations & Changes

Once an order has entered production, tailoring, customization, alteration, or preparation for shipment, it may no longer be cancelled or modified.

We recommend checking all sizes, measurements, colors, quantities, and customization details carefully before confirming your order.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders typically take approximately 2 to 6 weeks to be completed, depending on the design, customization requirements, order volume, and season.

During high-demand periods, special occasions, or busy seasons, preparation times may vary.

Any completion or delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and may be subject to change. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact Shimmer Clothing promptly after receiving your order and provide your order details along with clear photographs of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Normal characteristics of delicate fabrics, handcrafted embellishment, print placement, or minor variations resulting from handmade production are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

Care of Garments

Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment.

Many Shimmer Clothing pieces feature delicate fabrics, prints, embroidery, embellishments, or handcrafted details and should be handled with care.

Shimmer Clothing cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from incorrect washing, cleaning, ironing, storage, alteration, or handling after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All Shimmer Clothing designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, branding, website content, product names, and other original materials are the property of Shimmer Clothing unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used, or represented as another brand’s work without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to update product information, prices, availability, policies, and these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
